Our Mission
Our mission is to be the most effective and enjoyable exercise facility in the world.
-Alex Mitchell
There is an enormous body of evidence to support the fact that exercise is the key to optimal health. Unfortunately, most exercise programs on the market are tailored to short-term results. What’s worse, the culture of high-performance athletics has brought a “no pain no gain” mentality to most exercise schedules.
At Stronger Now, we believe exercise has to be put first in the context of consistency. The main job of any coach or trainer is to provide the program a client can follow long term. This means the program must be enjoyable and effective. If the program is enjoyable, it makes it easier to come into the gym when other aspects of life might otherwise get in the way. If the program is effective, it’s easier for the client to stick to it long term.

“Here I am 3 years later and still going strong by working with Alex, Wade and Phung. I can honestly say there has not been one time where I have woken up and thought I don’t want to work out today.”
